Project Vision is a concept conceived by a small group of enthusiastic individuals from different industries in order to create an platform for the deprived, under-privileged and physically challenged people, educate them in the most recent technologies and create a unique model that will enable them to showcase their technical ability and empower them to create a niche for themselves.

Currently, we are focusing on visually impaired people but our vision is to be the leading provider of training, employment and development for the under-privileged and physically challenged people in our chosen markets.

Insight :

Visually Impaired people  will be counseled and provided training and then will work as freelancers, with our team on creating our portfolio products/applications. All the freelancer will be trained by group of volunteer trainers at zero cost

Project vision team responsibilities is to do end to end support from recruiting freelancers, assigning volunteer trainers for the freelancer and market the portfolio products  in the market .

Our intention is to work with the simplest of tools and technology and create products/applications for the small and medium scale businesses

Freelancer Qualifications / Skills :

1.Education Qualifications

    Any graduation / Diploma / +12

2. Computer Skills

    Basic computer knowledge – Key board typing , knowledge of screen reading software ( preferably JAWS )
    Internet usage - browsing / mailing / Search technical details in internet
    MS Office Suite - minimum MS- office and MS- Excel
    Basics of Object Oriented Programming System concepts - both theoretical and practical

Volunteer Trainers:

Volunteer trainers plays major role in project vision . We need trainers who can educate, enable and empower the life of freelancer

 Compensation Structure:

    Freelancers compensation is based on creating our portfolio products/applications and selling it in the market .
    No stipend will be paid during training period 
    Freelancers need to wait for their compensation till project vision team sells the product in the market
    Overhead cost spent on respective freelancer will deducted from the compensation . Ex: Travel expense, internet expense.
